  • Aerodynamics, structural efficiency, rider–bike integration, durability.


    Integrates CFD, FEA, and rider telemetry to compress development cycles and raise the performance ceiling. Each iteration is benchmarked against lab data and real-world race conditions to ensure transferability.

    Product development that include: Concept & Modelling – CFD shapes, FEA layups, kinematics. Prototype Builds – rapid toolpaths, additive tooling, pre-preg scheduling.     Every prototype is validated against strict acceptance criteria. If a unit fails a gate, it returns to layup redesign or geometry refinement that include; Aerodynamics, Structural, Ride Quality, and Reliability.

Each prototype undergoes comprehensive aerodynamic assessment, including drag coefficient (CdA) mapping, yaw angle sweeps, and rider–bike interaction studies to optimize airflow and stability. High-speed sensors capture real-time data on power transfer, turbulence zones, and pressure distribution, enabling engineers to refine frame geometry, surface contours, and component integration. By replicating race conditions in controlled environments, Bozetta ensures every design is aerodynamically tuned, structurally efficient, and ready to convert every watt into pure speed.
